i suggest you find a respected well known Z mechanic. A timing belt job shouldn't cause that much... thats total bs... If they did do any work you did not approve you legally do not have to pay for it (I think) or if they did stuff that they weren't supposed to. The reason why that can't figure out whats wrong is cause they are probably idiots when it comes to the Z. alot of mechanics may think they know cars but when you give them its a Z the only thing they can do is bullshit there way through stuff. When I first got my Z, I wasted about 1.5 gs on some dumb fucken mechanic and now I have spent about 4 gs with Greg D and every penny was worth it...... just my 2 cents, hope this has helped....
